In this workshop, we will explore how to use generative AI in foundations in a smart and responsible way.

We will talk about real examples of how to use it. We will also look at what is important for data protection and copyright. What laws do we need to follow – for example, the new AI rules from the European Union?

Another topic is how to choose the right AI tools. We will show you tools you can use in your work. We will also talk about standards and rules: What is needed to make AI use safe, clear, and trustworthy? And what could a good AI policy for your foundation look like?

At the end, we will talk about how to use AI to make work easier. For example, with AI agents that can do boring or repeating tasks for us.
