Voice Changed Arbitrarily in the System

Hi Support Team,
I'm reaching out to report an unexpected issue with the system: the assigned voice was changed arbitrarily without any manual adjustments or recent updates on our end. This change is affecting the consistency of the user experience, and we need to either restore the original voice setting or understand what caused the change.
Could you please help us review the configuration history or provide a solution to revert to the previous voice?

Can you elaborate on what voice this is? We proxy elevenlabs so have very little control here.

The voice in question is the one used for our [assistant/avatar/character/voice output—adapt as needed] that was originally configured through ElevenLabs. We noticed that it changed unexpectedly, without us modifying the settings or triggering any changes on our side.
We understand you're proxying ElevenLabs and have limited control, but we’d appreciate any guidance you can offer:
Is there a way to confirm what voice is currently active?
Is there an audit trail or history of recent changes on the ElevenLabs side that we can review?
If the voice was switched due to an update or reset, how can we manually reassign the original voice?

Can you clarify which voice it was? We haven’t updated the voice IDs and the voices should be idempotent for a given voice id. Can you send us the before/after video? I might recognize the voice
