Same here. The reason I went to a PRO plan was because I need the 4 min videos. The first attempt (with an audio of 4:00 min) was stopped in 2:53... any solution? Thanks in advance.

We’re still debugging this, it was introduced in a recent backend update. We can reliably reproduce the issue but we haven’t figured out why it’s happening yet. I’m very sorry!!!

On the basic plan, it only does a minute, on the pro plan it does 4 minutes.

Same happened to me. Losing valuable time. The whole reason for going to pro was for this.
Please advise how I can be refunded for my PRO plan ASAP. I lost valuable project time in excess of the PRO fee.

Generates right to the end. There are a couple a blurs in it from what looks like head shakes, but acceptable. Thanks.

Same here. The audio was 1:09 min. and it stopped at 59 secs. Tried it twice and same result. What can you do about it?

What plan are you on? Basic only supports generations of 1 minute and we fixed the bugs that were causing this.
