PLEASE get the prompting correct.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get the prompting correct. I have instructed the model to NOT PAN OR ZOOM on a video creation and to have the first and last frame exactly the same for 100% seamless looping and it cannot get that right. I am wasting money and credits trying to get this thing to correctly create a video that I can use.
