new to hedra - how to get the hedra 'ai-model_id'

hi, guys, apologies if this is a newbie question, but I cannot find a place to reach out to hedra support. I would like to know how to get the hedra model id so i can use in my automations. Either that or can anyone let me know how to contact hedra support ?
