New payment Tier

I’d like to suggest a payment tier between the Basic and Pro. The 20 minutes allotted aren’t enough for me, but I can’t afford another $50/a month charge. Can you offer perhaps50 minutes for $30? So far, I haven’t been able to figure out how to buy more minutes.
