It's not right that you pay for credits, and then when you create a video, they put a huge watermark on it that prevents you from downloading it without it. 😠
Ah your subscription is expired. We currently pay to host expired users assets so you’ll need to resubscribe to download the assets without a watermark. We’re considering moving to a system where we cap storage/delete assets instead, but we spend a considerable amount giving away free hosting.

Yes, you need a monthly subscription to use the web platform or to download watermark free content. The alternative that we’ve weighed is deleting content because we cannot store video content for free on free accounts (it’s one of our largest expenses)
