Invalid Token in Audio URL Reponse

I have uploaded audio and in return received this URL response, but when I try to open in browser. It’s Giving invalid or malformed token error. Similarly when I uploaded Avatar image, it does opens but gives S3 permission denied error (which I know it’s okay)

Main reason for which I started this individual debugging was, when I tried /v1/characters API with the above input (audio + avatar image) I got “details not found” response.

Do let me know what’s the application behavior whereas where I am doing something wrong.
