Hi, I’m new to Hedra. If I upgrade to the monthly $10 per month, how is this payment taken please using what method ( paypal?) . I can find any info on this? Thanks

I live in Canada, I tried paying with Visa and with a debit card but they were both declined? lol why? I have over $1 million credit on my Visa card there is NO WAY it can decline, it has NEVER declined and I’ve purchashed over $500,000 in 1 transaction before online lol so $10 a month decline is somewhat funny. Please fix your server I know it’s not on my end.

It’s not a big, we have a geoblock in place on payments outside of the 47 US states we are launched in (should be a checkbox during the payment processing acknowledging you are in one of those states).
We’re working to remove the geoblock as soon as next week

In that case you should give access to your customers who are TRYING to pay for your services, a FREE access to the level of membership they want to pay for until you resolve this issue sice it’s not THEIR FAULT. That would be the professional approach and to keep them happy.
Free version as it stands has watermarks on the final product and only gives your potential customer who tried to upgrade, only a 30 second recording. Why can’t you guys at least do that for them and then start charging them when you do finally get your geoblock resolved?
