Go beyond Lip Sync

Hey Hedra team,

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say how much I love the new Character 3 model. I’ve been using it for cartoon animation lip sync, and I’m honestly surprised by how good the results are. The consistency and quality are way ahead of what I’ve seen from other models out there.

There are a few minor glitches here and there, but they’re pretty rare and don’t take away from how solid the model is. The only thing I’d love to see in the future is support for more complex cartoon animations (without lip-syncing), since Character 3 already handles movement so well. Whatever training you did on this—it’s seriously paying off!

Great work, and I’m excited to see where you take this next!
