Expose moderation reasons

When a asset is flagged as “breaking policy” it would be nice to know WHICH asset broke the policy. I spent 2 hours chasing what I thought was a “too much skin” problem in the image when it turned out the problem was the term “MF” ( Samuel Jackson Style ) in the audio file.

It would be nice to know if its the audio or the image that is the problem Give us a CLUE please!
