API REQUEST ERROR

Each time I try to create a video with my uploaded voice and an image, I keep getting an error message that says "API request error". I don't even know what this means and I definitely don't know how to fix it and there is nothing on the website that explains how to fix it. My workflow has completely stopped and will remain so until this is fixed. I need help ASAP.
