This is my question. Free I get 150 mins a month at 5 a day. Paid I get 20 mins i.e 20 videos. Does the paid plan add on top of the free part? The fact the free talks about vids per day but paid talks in minutes is like apples to oranges. It isn’t the same metric to be compared. I must be missing something.

Your’e not missing something, the free plan is non-commercial use, watermarked, and limiting to 30s generations. We’re intentionally making the free plan extremely generous, useful for sharing “demos”, but not useful for work to incentivize growth.
The paid plans increase the generation limits, remove the watermark, let you generate longer clips. You can buy infinite video at 50c/minute if you have a project.
That being said I believe you get 5 free videos a day on the paid plans, we’re just not advertising. it. I would double check.

I am here because of a demo and even though I only have a few thousand followers, I’ve been sharing the demos and people have been impressed. Ultimately I plan to animate a book I’ve written and thus my question re time. The free option gives me a chance to test the way your audio generator read dialogue. A shame the voice test doesn’t read the script before I hit the generate button. It would be nice to know what grammar I need to get it to use the right timing and emphasis.

That would be super useful. Burning a spend to find out the dialogue needed mods will annoy people. A way to check audio first would be very nifty.
Is there anywhere that tells me what resolution and aspect ratio the model likes most for the source image?

It doesn’t really matter, its more about the framing of the shot, but generally speaking chest up front facing shots work well. We downscale to 512×512 before running the model anyways.

Groovy. So 1:1 is the aspect. Prob helps if I just set 512 × 512 as my source image. Saves a bit of compute.

As in HD? So 1920 × 1080? That would really be useful to the folks who plan to include this in their YouTube/TV version (like me). Doing an entire project 1:1 would be Instagram happy but nowhere else.

Os vídeos produzidos por AI ainda estão longe da perfeição. Os movimentos da boca muitas vezes são tão ruins que o vídeo não é aproveitável.
Nos teste que tenho feito, as vezes faço 3 ou 4 tentativas, alterando a foto, e as vezes o áudio, até obter um resultado aproveitável. Então faço o download somente da última tentativa.
Para que o Hedra seja viável para o usuário, é importante que somente o tempo do vídeo do download seja computado como tempo gasto na cota do usuário. Pergunta: Já é assim ?

It’s not because we still pay each time a user generates a video, even if its not usable. You can compare hedra to any video service and find we offer a lot more video (and audio) by about a factor of 2-4x to account for 3-4 rerolls (even though IMO our model is more consistent than other products). We’re hoping this point becomes moot with the next version of the model.

Btw, the reset to 5 generation per day should be reseted the next day’s morning, I still got that in this morning when I try to generate.
