This is actually possible in sadtalker. Sadtalker will crop the face of the image, LIpsync and stitch back the head to the body

i hope devs would study sadtalker and implement this. We need 16:9 and 9:16 badly

I can’t wait personally. How are we supposed to do wide screen, cinematic AI movies or other wide aspect ratio formats if no native support for 16×9, especially. You can always get 9×16 from 16×9 but can you get the opposite? Please, Hedra do the needful. implement 16×9 output.

    • Hi! There is an issue for this, we’re using an opencodec but are readding the option for mp4 export sometime next week

    • Until then you can use https://cloudconvert.com/webm-to-mp4

    • We’ve always auto-cropped to 1×1 but will be launching a 16:9 model later in the year

Alright, thanks. I’m trying to get an image of a cat to talk. But it keep saying that it failed. Is that because the cat doesn’t look human enough for your model?

I’ve seen some aliens talking though on your twitter account.

Yes, it does work intermittently (we get a lot of requests for talking animals), but we are rolling out an update to make it not “fail” but give hit or miss results (we ideally will make this more hit overtime)

perfect, thanks. I guess I”ll just keep trying over and over with variations of the cat image and hope one of them hits.

          Thanks for all your work!

One of the friends I showed the service to wanted to animate her horses talking. The best we could do was a human with horse ears talking. She’ll be keen to see talking animals, and us creatives could totally use that ability. Plus all the furries will be happy.

I'd find it very useful, so I'd likely opt for a paid plan!

I really need this for making music videos.. I am really impressed with what Hedra can do, but I was a bit surprised that it cut my initial image. Can’t really use it as it is now, so I am really hoping this will come out soon.

The only gripe I would say I have is it has trouble recognizing obvious faces

We are working on both :) Both are reported on other tickets though so I’m going to close this one. Thanks for the feedback!!

We do have an option without a watermark (on the paid plans). Going to merge this with the other 16:9 feature request.

Any news on when the implementation is done and it will be rolled out?
